In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the v7777 website accessible at v7777.lat and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management features provided thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers for or uses a v7777 account, whether or not a deposit has been made.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the v7777 platform to access gambling services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's v7777 account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to v7777 is restricted by law or by v7777 policy.

To register and maintain a v7777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

• Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person.
• v7777 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any point during the life of an account, including re-verification following a change of personal circumstances.
• Players are required to keep their registered contact information current. v7777 accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated account details.
• Dormant accounts (those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with v7777's dormant account policy, provided adequate prior notice has been given.

v7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless expressly stated otherwise. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the v7777 payments page and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider. v7777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests withheld pending verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically under 10 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — typically within 2 business hours. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
• v7777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. Players will be notified of any such checks.
• Funds deposited via one payment method will, where possible, be returned to the same method upon withdrawal. v7777 may require matching of deposit and withdrawal methods to prevent money laundering.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are stated on the applicable promotion page.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that expire prior to the completion of wagering requirements are forfeited without compensation.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses apply to eligible games only. Wagering on certain game types (including, where specified, table games, live casino, and sports betting) may contribute to wagering requirements at reduced rates or not at all.
• v7777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn mid-wagering, accrued genuine financial loss will not be restored, but Bonus Funds will be removed from the account.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a low-risk or mechanical manner designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating play with other Players — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of associated winnings.
• Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per Player. Bonus eligibility is determined at the time of deposit and cannot be applied retrospectively.

All bets placed on v7777 are subject to the general and sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. v7777 will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable betting rules (for example, where an event is cancelled, postponed, or a market is voided due to manifest error).

• Any Player found to be engaged in match-fixing, use of insider information, or coordination with others to exploit v7777 odds will have all related bets voided, their account suspended, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on v7777. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one account on v7777 or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any verification process.
• Using v7777 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

• Collusion with other Players in any casino game or sports betting market.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward v7777 support staff or other Players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the v7777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, user interface elements, and brand identifiers — is the exclusive intellectual property of v7777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any v7777 content. Any unauthorised use of v7777 intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability.

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in game software supplied by third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

v7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of elapsed gambling time at customisable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of their choice. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for gambling purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may apply for self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting v7777 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

v7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete or pass identity verification (KYC).
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider relating to a deposit made to the account.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for breach, v7777 may retain all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings generated through breach-related activity. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to any outstanding liability owed to v7777 and the completion of any required verification.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting v7777 support. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable betting rules, and the remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

v7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, v7777 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the v7777 Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12. The date on which any revision is effective will be indicated at the top of the Terms & Conditions page.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the law of the jurisdiction under which v7777 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between you and v7777 in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. To initiate a dispute, Players should contact v7777 support in writing. v7777 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a full response within 20 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending arbitration.
